Full Scottish Breakfast – (two slices of thick cut smoked bacon, two eggs, Lorne sausage, haggis, tomato, hash brown & mushroom or choice or the above)

Scrambled eggs with either smoked salmon or ham & chives

Vegetarian Breakfast – (two eggs, vegetarian haggis, potato scone, tomato, mushroom & baked beans)


Scottish Kippers available by pre-arrangement

Breakfast is served between 07:30 – 09:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 09.30 on Saturday and Sunday.

Early buffet breakfast for those who wish to get an early start can be arranged from 07.00am any day of the week.

Our Produce

We aim to provide our clients with the very best quality food and to do this you need the right ingredients. We source as much of our produce as possible from local suppliers including farms, bakers & butchers.

The meat used in our breakfasts is sourced from the multi award winning butchers – George Gow Ltd who is based just up the road in the Cairngorms. George Gow prepare, hang and process all of their own meat and produce the finest haggis, sausages, pies, home cured bacon, wild ducks, venison and much more. Our eggs come from a selection of local farms, including Tulloch Farm which is just 4 miles from the house. All of the chickens and ducks are fully free range and are able to forage for their own food. Our bread is made especially for us by Farmstead Fayre Bakers in Fort William. Compotes, most sauces, bubble & squeak and many other items that appear on our menu are home made.
